Fairways and Tee Box Aeration

⛳  IMPORTANT COURSE MAINTENANCE NOTICE⛳

Fall Aeration: Fairways and Tee Boxes

Dear Golfers,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience over the next few weeks as we perform essential fall aeration and maintenance on our fairways and tee boxes.

This process is critical to the long-term health and quality of your golfing experience.

Aeration Schedule (Fairways & Tee Boxes Only)

Maintenance will proceed in the following order. While the course will remain open, play may be temporarily adjusted around the working crew.

Date

Area of Focus

Week of [10/28/25]

Blue Course Fairways & Tee Boxes

Following Week

Gold Course Fairways & Tee Boxes

Third Week

Red Course Fairways & Tee Boxes

Why Fall Aeration is Crucial

Performing this extensive work now is necessary because fall is the best time for the turf to recover and prepare for winter.

  • Drives Root Growth: The cool air temperatures combined with mild soil temperatures allow the grass to quickly heal the aeration holes and dedicate its energy to establishing deep, healthy roots before the ground freezes.
  • Ensures Spring Quality: The fall aeration breaks up soil compaction from the summer traffic, ensuring that essential nutrients, air, and water can penetrate the root zone throughout the dormant season.
  • Guarantees Spring Playability: By healing over winter, your fairways and tee boxes will be firmer, greener, and in optimum condition when the spring season arrives.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we make these necessary improvements to ensure a high-quality experience for you next season!
